When entering the facility the hotel has to much Christmas ornaments it over power the lobby took away from hotel ambience, not to mention the price of a Coke Cola soda was $5.66 (20oz) really can you say price gouging. The lobby looks like the dollar tree threw up in the lobby on cheap ornaments. So I thought twice about staying, if the soda was priced at $5.66 I know they over price the rooms. I attended a function and decided not to stay, due to being overwhelmed by to many cheap Christmas ornaments and over priced beverages. #PriceGouging Safety hazard the parking is poorly lit, last but not least the vestibule had a nasty smell. I went to the 7-11 and brought 2 (20oz) Coke Cola for the price of buy 2 for $4.00

The room was nice, clean and spacious. BUT Prices are high and DOESN'T include any Gratuities 😕☹️ (Not even free water). I've been to lesser priced hotels and the guests are more appreciated.

This hotel does not honor Hilton rewards. I was neither greeted as a Diamond member, nor given my $10 daily credit. I bought something from the lobby store. I was told it was $5 they charged me $7. They had the restaurant/bar closed on f Friday. Yay, management response does nothing to credit my account

The construction must be wrapping up, because we couldn’t tell there was anything going on. Our room was fine, but a few days later we had a charge for $4.19. Apparently you have to pay to park in the parking lot. A regular parking lot in the suburbs. I’ve never heard of such a thing, and it wasn’t mentioned when we checked in. I found it on their website later, but we booked through Expedia so there was no notice of it. It’s the principle vs the amount of money. It definitely left a bad impression.

May have been my worst Hilton experience. Despite the website claiming to have the amenities, neither the restaurant nor the indoor pool were available. the pool had obviously not been cleaned. The water pressure was inconsistent while showering during a multiple night stay. I’ll be honest, if I’m paying to stay at a Hilton I expect better. In the future I will avoid this location.
